This is a bright clear medium purple color wine with some ruby notes, medium rim and some legs on the glass. Clean on the nose with medium+ intensity fully developed aromas suggesting strawberry, plum, overripe red cherry, banana, soap, violet, vanilla, blackcurrant and blackberry. Dry on the palate, with medium- acidity, medium green and coarse tannins, medium+ alcohol, medium body and medium+ flavor intensity displaying red cherry, eucalyptus, white pepper, blackcurrant, black cherry, pepper, vanilla, green bell pepper and plum. The sweet fruit and warm alcohol are not balanced by the flabby acidity and its rough tannins. Its texture is supple for an angular wine. Its length is medium. Acceptable quality for a not-so-balanced wine, with some fruit concentration, little complexity and length. Typical South-Eastern Australian Cabernet Sauvignon-Shiraz blend around 10 euros, good to drink now.
