Another great rendition of an international variety (viognier). Bright clear medium lemon green colour wine with lemon hues, wide rim and some tears on the glass. On the nose it is clean with developing, medium+ intensity aromas suggesting honeysuckle, green apple, grapefruit, lemon, orange, peach, elderflower, and hints of asparagus. On the palate it is dry, with medium+ acidity, medium+ alcohol level, medium body and medium+ flavor intensity, displaying honeysuckle, elderflower, red apple, peach, nectarine, orange, and pear. The juicy fruit is balanced by a lively acidity and generous alcohol. Its texture is creamy for an overall hot-climate, expressive and aromatic wine. Its length is medium. The quality is very good for a well-balanced, rich in concentration and with good complexity wine of medium+ length. Great value for money, this is a wine that can age for another 5 years and is great with fish and white meat dishes.
