This is a clear, bright medium lemon color wine with some green hues, small bubbles with short persistence in the glass. Clean on the nose with medium intensity aromas suggesting bread, nuts, elderflower, yeast, geranium, green apple, lime, petrol, toast, biscuit and peach. Fully developed wine on the nose. Off-dry on the palate with medium+ acidity, creamy mousse, medium alcohol, medium body, medium+ flavor intensity displaying toast, yeast, bread, stones, elderflower, geranium, green apple, lime, petrol, biscuit and peach. The generous fruit is balanced by a zesty acidity. Medium+ finish. Good quality for a structured wine, balanced between acidity and fruit, good concentration, good complexity, medium+ length and typical of Champagne. Good to drink now , not enough fresh fruit to guarantee further development. Non vintage Pommery champagne around 40€
