Clean on the nose with medium inensity of aromas suggesting rose, yeast, brioche, chamomile, peach, honey, biscuit, toast, honeysuckle, melon, pear and nectarine. Developing on the nose. Dry on the palate with high acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body and medium+ flavor intensity displaying rose, yeast, honey, peach, melon, biscuit, toast, honeysuckle, pear and nectarine. Balances the thin sweetness with a zesty acidity. Creamy mousse and medium+ finish. Outstanding quality for a structured, balanced and yet highly concentrated and complex wine, typical of Champagne.
