Dry on the palate with medium+ acidity, medium alcohol, medium- body, medium flavor intensity, displaying almond, aldehyde, butter, biscuit, yeast, camomile, salt, green olives, hazelnut and bread. This wine balances a warm alcohol with a well-defined fruit and has a medium finish. Very good quality wine with structure&balance, some concentration and complexity, medium length and typical Manzanilla Sherry. Good to drink now but can be kept for at least 15 years. Fino Manzanilla sherry, Palomino grape of medium price. Great to accompany starters.
