This is a clear, bright medium amber color wine with golden hues and long legs on the glass. Clean on the nose with medium+ intensity aromas suggesting honey, chamomile, acacia, citrus peel, fig, elderflower, vanilla, petrol, almonds, nuts and caramel. Fully developed. Medium sweet on the palate with medium acidity, low alcohol, medium body, medium+ intensity of flavours displaying almonds, honey, elder flower vanilla, citrus peel, butter, caramel, orange peel, acacia and apricot. The cloying sweetness is balanced by the zesty acidity and a warm alcohol complements the expressive fruit. Medium length. Good quality wine with dense structure, balance and concentration, some complexity and medium length. Typical French Vin Doux naturel from Languedoc that is good to drink now, not intended for ageing. Medium price.
