Luscious on the palate with high acidity, medium ripe and silky tannins, high alcohol, full bodied, with pronounced flavor intensity of tofee, coffee, chocolate, strawberry marmelade, honey, vanilla, cloves, fig, prune and walnuts. This wine balances a cloying sweetness and generous fruit with heady alcohol and zesty acidity. Long length that is evolving and leaving a honey-coffee sensation in the mouth. Outstanding quality wine with dense structure, balance between sweetness and acidity and high fruit concentration and complexity, long length and typical Australian liqueur wine.
