This is a clear, bright wine of medium amber color with wide rim and long legs on the glass. Clean on the nose with medium intensity aromas of caramel, fruitcake, aldehyde, minerality, eucalyptus, hazelnut, almond, sultana, butterm toast and toffee. Fully developed. Off dry on the mouth with medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body and medium flavour intensity of flavours displaying caramel, fruitcake, hazelnut, almond, sultana, butter, toast and toffee. Creamy texture and medium finish. Acceptable quality wine with structure, balance, low concentration and complexity, medium length and typical Madeira. Drink now not suitable for ageing, with medium price.
